Thank you for your inquiry.  Please advise of the charge material that you wish to recycle since this will have a significant impact on the material I send for you to review.  Generally speaking, an Isothermal melter holds 3 times more metal than the desired charge rate.  For example, a 3000 pound per hour melter holds 9000 pounds of aluminum.  Unfortunately to scale it back to 70 pounds per hour, the volume won&#039;t scale back to 210 pounds.  Depending on your desired charge, we may have some suggestions though.
